Slovenian Ubuntu LoCo has somehow fallen behind the initial enthusiasm and I’ve been trying to wake it up. The problem is that I feel I’m too pushy, whereas LoCo’s decision-making is virtually incapacitated. Although they communicate quite a lot (through forum and IRC channel, no mailing list), there is no formal leader who would cut down the chit-chat and take a decision.
We’re planning to have a release party for Intrepid but there has been a dilemma about time and place of the event. No one seems to be ready to take the lead (even the founders of the community).
I’d really like to make this community work and eventually become approved, but I’m fairly new to it and I don’t want to look like a newbie intruder. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this?
